When you use ClawInst, we collect the following information:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google or create an account.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We do not store your credit card information.
  • Bot Tokens: Telegram bot tokens you provide to connect your assistant. These are stored encrypted and used solely to operate your instance.
  • Usage Data: Basic analytics such as sign-in events and instance creation to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your personal OpenClaw instance.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • To improve and maintain the ClawInst platform.
  • To send important service-related notifications.

3. Data Isolation & Security

Each user receives a fully isolated container environment. Your data is separated from other users at the infrastructure level:

  • Each instance runs in its own Docker container with dedicated storage.
  • Gateway authentication tokens are unique per instance.
  • Conversations and files within your instance are not accessible by other users.
  • API keys for AI providers are managed by us and never exposed to other users.

4. AI Conversations

Your conversations with your AI assistant are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) according to their respective privacy policies. ClawInst does not read, monitor, or store your conversation content beyond what is maintained in your private instance storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your instance, the associated container and its data (conversations, files, session history) are permanently removed. Account information is retained until you request deletion.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase: Authentication and user data storage.
  • Dodo Payments: Subscription and payment processing.
  • Anthropic, OpenAI, Google: AI model providers for your assistant.
  • Telegram: Messaging channel for your assistant.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your data from your instance via the Control UI.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Cookies

ClawInst uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of ClawInst after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
