1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawInst, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service. ClawInst reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

ClawInst provides a managed hosting platform for personal AI assistants powered by OpenClaw. Each subscriber receives an isolated container instance with access to AI models, messaging integrations, and a suite of built-in skills. We handle infrastructure, API keys, updates, and security on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To use ClawInst, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

ClawInst operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, your instance remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawInst to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure.
  • Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
  • Resell or redistribute ClawInst services without written permission.

6. AI Usage & Limitations

Your AI assistant is powered by third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.
  • AI model availability may change based on provider policies and rate limits.
  • ClawInst is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
  • Usage is subject to the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of ClawInst is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each instance runs in an isolated container, and your data is not shared with other users. However, conversations are processed by third-party AI providers according to their respective privacy policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ClawInst may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The ClawInst platform, branding, and associated materials are the property of ClawInst. Your content and data within your instance remain yours. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service.
  • Your subscription payment fails and is not resolved.
  • Your usage poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your container instance and its associated data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

11. Limitation of Liability

ClawInst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawInst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of ClawInst after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
